The box office lays down for another week, but the one semi bright spot is Doom, the movie of the video game. We take the opportunity to hash out and examine why videogames and movies might play nicely together, but shouldn't get married and make babies. What's with all these horror movie remakes today? Why can't Cameron Crowe deliver a big-budget blockbuster? Why would an old woman intentionally interrupt two men who are clearly in the middle of recording something, just to satisfy her idle mental ramblings? Mamo #15: It's like a movie in your home

What? Failed television series become feature films now? Heck, maybe this "TV" thing is really gonna catch on.

This week we break the mold a bit and have a look at the fall TV season, what we're watching and what we're avoiding.
