Hi guys great show as per usual. I'm still working on my top ten list. I'm waiting to see Rachel Getting Married,Defiance, and Man on Wire.
Watched Burn After Reading last night and hated it.

Sorry back again, I wanted to talk about TDK backlash. I think it has more to do with what the film represents than the actual movie. Film snobs really have a problem with a comic book film being up for awards consideration. They must be pissed off today since TDK received a PGA nod!

Yeah, pretty excited about the PGA nod and I think the PGA nomination list (Dark Knight, Frost/Nixon, Benjamin Button, Milk, Slumdog) strongly presages the Oscar best picture category. Is that the same top five for Oscars that we said on the show? Frick, if I wasn't so lazy I'd go and check.

Of late, however, I have started to wonder if WALL-E has a shot at the second-ever best picture nomination for an animated film, or if the best animated feature category has completely eliminated that possibility for ever.

My photo hobby has kept me so far behind on my movie watching that when I thought about my Top 10, I started with 2 movies that were nominated for Oscars last year.
